5. Payment and Refunds

• Fees: All fees for the training program must be paid in full prior to accessing the course materials.

• Refunds: Refunds are only issued if requested within 7 days of purchase, and the user has not completed more than 10% of the course.

In no event shall Derrick Spruill Inc. or Magnificent Workz Business Solutions, its directors, officers, partners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
