Welcome to LearnWorkz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LearnWorkz Learning Management System (LMS), website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by DMS Enterprises Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
LearnWorkz provides a comprehensive 4-hour instructional curriculum and training platform designed specifically for Virginia notaries. Our materials are developed to help users understand standard practices and prepare for state legislative changes effective in 2027.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any and all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, digital downloads, and the course curriculum itself, is the property of DMS Enterprises Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials without our express written consent.
The information provided through LearnWorkz is for educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding Virginia notary laws and 2027 legislative changes, we do not provide legal advice. Completing this 4-hour curriculum does not guarantee a notary commission, nor does it shield you from liability in your capacity as a notary public.
Fees: All fees for the training program must be paid in full prior to accessing the course materials.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued if requested within 7 days of purchase, and the user has not completed more than 10% of the course.
In no event shall Derrick Spruill Inc. or Magnificent Workz Business Solutions, its directors, officers, partners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the site.
